Greenside is a thoughtfully designed redevelopment transforming former industrial buildings into a vibrant, community-focused destination in the heart of Memorial. Developed in collaboration with Radom Capital, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, and Endurance Builders, the project will feature a mix of local restaurants, curated retail, and a collection of green spaces and patios.
Set to open in early 2027, Greenside will offer a walkable, family-friendly environment that enhances the Memorial experience.
